Reinforcement detection and drilling

    D) If the actual position and theoretical deviation of the detected expansion bolt exceeds the design requirement, the measurement result shall be submitted to the design and the bracket shall be modified by the design unit if necessary.
    2 in the ordinary reinforced concrete structure on the installation of the spring hanger, in the spring hanger bottom plate should be installed before drilling, drilling requirements are as follows:
    A) in accordance with the branch, hanger bottom out of the drilling position;
    B) drill directly with carbide drill bit according to the required bolt diameter;
    C) If a steel bar is stopped and the hole is stopped (the hole becomes a waste hole), a new position is selected to be re-drilled within the tolerance of the bracket position. The distance between the new orifice wall and the hole wall should be greater than 25 mm
    D) If you encounter steel, drilling can not reach the required depth, then make a record and submit the designer, by the designer to determine whether to cut off the steel.
    E) After drilling, the drill bit can no longer be used if the small head (over) can not be inserted into the hole.
    F) Before installing the expansion bolts, the borehole must be cleaned with compressed air or high pressure water. In any case, foreign matter is not allowed to remain in the hole.
    G) The waste hole must be filled with the original mortar ratio.
    3 spring support hanger drilling inspection:
    A) 10% of all wells should be spot checks;
    B) Check whether the maximum, minimum diameter, and depth of the borehole meet the design requirements or specification requirements with the stop gauge;
    C) the position of the expansion bolt should be in line with the design requirements, the design of non-fixed expansion bolt center line from the edge of the concrete edge R ≥ 10D; from the concrete structure corner of the distance R ≥ 15D.
    4 spring support hanger root structure in the field drilling should be used bench drill, hand drill or magnetic drill, do not allow gas cutting hole.
